Johor Bahru, 1 December 2025 – The Social Hero Foundation (SHF) has successfully launched the foundational stage of its comprehensive new initiative, the “SURI PEMIMPIN (Srikandi Untuk Rakyat Inklusif)” program. The completion of this first phase on 30 November 2025 in Johor Bahru marks the beginning of an ambitious journey designed to systematically cultivate ethical and impactful women leaders from the ground up.
The intensive opening module provided participants with a full day of immersive learning, running from 8:30 AM to 5:00 PM. This initial stage focused on equipping aspiring leaders with core competencies, covering essential areas such as personal branding, foundational leadership principles, effective communication, and conflict management strategies. The curriculum is designed to align with the national Malaysia MADANI vision and advance key United Nations Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs), particularly Gender Equality (SDG 5). The program is delivered in strategic collaboration with the Ministry of Women, Family, and Community Development (KPWKM) and its Department of Women’s Development.
Upon successful completion of all phases, participants will be formally recognized and integrated into an ongoing alumni mentorship network, ensuring sustained growth and community impact.
