JOHOR BAHRU JAN 2022 – Columbia Asia Hospital – Tebrau welcomed new bundle of joy and then kicked off 2022 with 4 new babies on New Year’s Day this year.
Nur Shafira Abdul Rahim, 30 and Mohammed Fahim Mohd Rajees, 33 welcomed their twins’ boy in the new year on Saturday morning. The pair of twins was born just one minute apart under caesarean section. The baby boys weighed 2.99kg and 2.86kg and their parents are overjoyed as they both were born healthy.
Meanwhile, we have another happy parent Shazlin Md Yusof, staff nurse and Mohamad Hadi Ruzaimi Mamat, Landscape Officer were overwhelmed with their arrival of their second child, a healthy baby boy weighing 2.94kg.
Another baby girl was born into the new year to parents, Nur Umairah Rahim, 28, Make-up artist and husband Anuar Abd Aziz, 28. They welcomed their second baby girl weighing 4.16kg to the family.
All the mothers and babies were doing well as they we under good care of Consultant Obstetrics & Gynecologists Dr.Eliza Mohd Noor and Visiting Consultant Obstetrics & Gynecologists Dr. Tan Jui Seng along with Consultant Pediatrician Dr Quek Szu Mei and the midwives as well as nurses.
The hospital presented all families with festive gift to mark the occasion.
